What a fantastic find! We were driving around, searching for a spot to grab a late breakfast, and we stumbled upon Whidbey's. I hadn't heard of it before, but since it was already late on a Saturday morning, we figured we'd give it a shot. It's amazing how you can discover hidden treasures when you least expect it, and this place is certainly one of those gems. Now, let's dive into Whidbey's: named after Whidbey Island in Washington, close to Seattle, their focus is on delivering high-quality, freshly made dishes (no microwaves, deep fryers, or freezers in sight). You can truly taste the passion in every bite, and the presentation is impeccable--mouthwatering! The atmosphere is eco-friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, and the service is exceptional. We walked in and requested a table for two, and we were fortunate to be seated immediately (by the time we left, a line had started to form). Our server, Caitlin, was amazing, and the entire team was outstanding. If your drink is running low, someone is always there to top it off, and they genuinely check in to see if you're enjoying your meal or need anything else. It's clear that the owners care deeply about their staff; everyone collaborates with genuine smiles, not the forced kind. The menu is primarily breakfast-focused, with a few lunch options available. Since it was a late brunch for us, we opted for the "Breakfast Buzz" (a Bloody Mary and a Raspberry Smash--vodka mixed with raspberries, mint, sweet and sour, and simple syrup--so refreshing!). For our meals, we chose the Breakfast Sammie $13.25 (American cheese, two eggs, and applewood bacon on authentic sourdough) and the Bacado Omelette ($15.25) featuring bacon, avocado, and pepper jack. We also added a side of single French toast. $5.25 Everything was a perfect 10! Don't miss the "Breakfast Bliss" section on the menu! They offer a delightful variety of French Toast and Pancakes in several flavors. The best part? If you're having trouble choosing, you can mix and match up to three items from that selection. This gem is located at the corner of Blue Diamond and S. Rainbow. There's plenty of parking available, and if you're short on time, you can conveniently order online and pick up your meal to go.

Whidbey's eatery is my new favorite breakfast spot in Las Vegas! I visited for breakfast and was blown away by the quality and variety of the menu. I started with their freshly made juice, which was delightful. For breakfast, I ordered the Whidbey's breakfast burrito, filled with eggs, beans, and cheese it was perfect. The Pico de Gallo and green chile sauces were flavorful. I ordered the mickey mouse pancakes for my son they were fluffy and topped with fresh berries and came with a side of eggs and bacon. The portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade and delicious. The service was top-notch. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure our cups were never empty. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The charming decor that made us feel right at home. I like that they are open as early as 7 am. They also use eco-friendly plastic bags and to go containers, which is a plus! If you're in Las Vegas and looking for a fantastic breakfast spot, Whidbey's Eatery is the place to go. I can't wait to come back and try more of their breakfast options!

Join the Waitlist on Yelp! if you're planning to go Friday-Sunday. Service is friendly and fast! A clean atmosphere and generous portions served. Think quality and quantity. The Southwest omelet was flavorful and the extra grilled jalapeño was a nice touch for more spicy kick. Kiddo enjoyed her strawberry pancakes. A fun weekend brunch treat. Would recommend.

What can I say, this place is a WIN! I love breakfast! The food was extremely well presented and surpassed my expectation when it came to quality. I really enjoyed the bowls (those potatoes, wow) as well as my personal favorite the breakfast tacos. You will not be disappointed! The real stand out to my experience was Val. I sincerely hope you are given the opportunity to have her look after you. She goes above and beyond to get every single detail right and doesn't skip a beat with her sunshine personality. I have now dined here twice and while I can attest the food is delicious and consistent, Val is the one that really brings me back! I hope you enjoy! :-)
